My order showed up two days late, which was annoying because I had to keep checking the tracking and basically do the work of figuring out where it was. The tracking did update properly, though, and the package was in good shape when it finally arrived.

They sent a tiny tape like thing that secures it and that cute wrench to fix it. It seems to fit the showerhead according to the size, the filters have to be changed every few months but they automatically deliver those to your place.
